Billing Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Armory Outlet, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. You are responsible for promptly updating this information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed:

  • under the same customer account,

     

  • using the same payment method,

     

  • using the same billing or shipping address,

     

  • or that, in our sole discretion, appear to be high risk, suspicious, or inconsistent with normal customer behavior.

     

If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

Because Armory Outlet sells regulated items (including ammunition and firearm accessories), we may require additional verification to prevent fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, and unlawful transactions. Verification steps may include:

  • confirming billing or shipping addresses,

     

  • requesting proof of identity or age,

     

  • requesting state-issued permits or licenses (where required for ammunition),

     

  • verifying payment authorization,

     

  • or validating that the purchaser is legally eligible to receive the products ordered.

     

Failure to respond to verification requests may result in order delays or cancellation.

Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize Armory Outlet (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including:

  • product costs,

     

  • shipping fees,

     

  • taxes, and

     

  • any applicable restocking or cancellation fees (as outlined in our Return & Cancellation Policy).

     

Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly at hello@armoryoutlet.com or 833-959-7233. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Filing a chargeback for matters we can resolve directly may be considered fraudulent and may result in:

  • account suspension,

     

  • order cancellation,

     

  • collection efforts,

     

  • or legal action as permitted by law.

     

Order Review & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • review or delay orders for security or compliance reasons,

     

  • refuse service to any customer who violates our Terms of Service,

     

  • limit purchase quantities,

     

  • or decline transactions involving prohibited jurisdictions or restricted items.
